First, put the rice in a bowl with some water, then put an appropriate pot on the heat and pour some glasses of water into the pot. Next, after the lentils are completely cooked, add them to the pan containing the onions and fry a little until the lentils and onions are homogenous, then remove the pan from the heat and mix the lentils with the drained rice until they are completely homogenous.
In the next stage, select an appropriate pot and pour some liquid oil into it. Put the pot on heat until the oil is hot, then make use of lavash bread or sliced potatoes as you like to put in the bottom of the pot.
In the next stage, the rice and lentils must be poured into the pot, then half a glass of water and 2 tablespoons of liquid oil shall be poured on the rice and the heat must be increased until the rice begins to steam, then reduce the heat under the pot.
Now place the lid on the pot. In the next stage, place an appropriate pan on the heat and pour some oil into it. After the oil is hot, chop the remaining onion and fry a little in the pan.
After the onion is soft, add the ground lamb to the pan along with some turmeric and black pepper and fry until the ground lamb is completely fried. Next, add raisins to the pan and fry a little until soft.
Mix a small amount of rice with saffron and butter, after the Adas Polo is fully cooked and ready, put it in the desired dish and decorate and serve with saffron rice and a mixture of ground lamb and raisins.
