4.After the water boils, we rinse the rice, then add it to the pot containing boiling water, and depending on the type of rice, it takes about 5 to 10 minutes to prepare.
5.When the rice is soft and cooked on the outside but hard in the middle, it means that our rice is ready and we have to drain it. Next, boil the beans in boiling water for 5 minutes, remove their skin, then rinse them and mix them with rice.
6.At this stage, we put a suitable pot on the heat and pour some oil into it. then we fill the bottom of the pot with a mixture of rice and fava beans.
7.On each layer of rice, we pour some dry dill or freshly chopped dill and pour all the rice into the pot in this way. Now we put the lid on the pot and let it cook for about an hour.
8.In the last 15 minutes of cooking, we add the brewed saffron and after the rice is cooked, we serve it with the chicken. Pour the water and onions inside the chicken pot into a small bowl and serve it with the food.
