How to cook fried fish: step by step
The first stage
First, fillet the fish and wash it well. When the excess water is removed from the fish, divide it into desired parts and remove the skin from the fish. Then wash the fish again and set it aside to dry a little.

Choose a suitable bowl and add salt, turmeric, black pepper, paprika, thyme, saffron, vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil to it.
