Halim is one of the traditional and delicious Iranian dishes that is usually served as breakfast. You can make this delicious dish with turkey and chicken as you like.

The first stage
To prepare delicious Halim, we first put the wheat in a suitable container and pour water on it, then let the wheat stay in the water for at least 12 hours until it is well soaked and softened.
The second stage
At this stage, we pour the mutton along with 4 glasses of water into a suitable pot. Next, cut the onion into 4 pieces, then put the pot on high heat so that the water starts boiling faster.
The third stage
After the water boils, then we put the lid on the pot and let the meat cook completely. Meanwhile, we rinse the soaked wheat.
The fourth stage
At this stage, we add the wheat to the pot, then add enough water. Next, we put the pot on heat and let the wheat cook completely.
The fifth stage
After the wheat is cooked well, we test it and if it is completely soft, we puree the wheat completely with a blender. Next, after cooking, we cut the meat into small pieces.
The sixth stage
At this stage, we add the meat to the pot along with 4 tablespoons of oil. To make Halim taste more delicious, we can use the remaining water from cooking the meat and add it to the pot.
The seventh stage
Now mix the Halim well so that the meat is evenly distributed in the Halim. Next, we add salt to Halim and mix a little. If you eat Halim with salt, you can add a little more salt.
The eighth stage
In the final stage, we allow the Halim to settle and the excess water evaporates. After the Halim is well settled and cooked, we pour it into the desired dish and serve it with cinnamon and sugar or salt.
