At this stage, we put the lid on the pot and let the meat cook. Meanwhile, finely chop the celery leaves along with mint and parsley, then put a suitable pan on the heat and add a little liquid oil.

Now add the chopped vegetables to the pan and fry well until they are fried. The amount of frying vegetables in the khoresh is a matter of taste, if we want our khoresh to have a darker color, we should fry the vegetables for a longer time.
The ninth stage
After we fry the vegetables, we take them out of the pan, then add a little oil to the pan. Next, we remove the celery stalk, then chop the celery stalk into one to two pieces.
The tenth stage
At this stage, add the celery stalks to the pan and fry well until they are fried, then remove from the pan and set aside. After 1 hour of meat cooking, we add mint, parsley and celery leaves to the pot.
The eleventh stage
