- You can use soybeans in the preparation of kebabs by soaking 3/4 cups of dry soybeans in lukewarm water and then grinding them with a meat grinder until they are mashed and pureed, then add them to the ingredients.
- If you like, you can use 1 green bell pepper in the ingredients.

1. The first stage
The chicken you choose should be a mixture of breast and thigh. Mince the meat twice. Grate the onion along with the garlic and remove its water by squeezing. In a suitable container, mix the minced meat with mustard sauce, brewed saffron, salt and black pepper.
If you want to add aromatic vegetables to the ingredients, now is the time. You can use both chopped fresh vegetables and dried vegetables. Knead the ingredients thoroughly. You should have a cohesive and sticky substance.
2. The second stage
