Lubia polo with beef is one of the traditional and delicious Iranian dishes that can be prepared with various recipes.

The first stage:

Add tomatoes, curry powder and half of the cinnamon to the meat ingredients and stir.
The fifth stage:
Add water to the meat ingredients and let the meat cook completely.
The sixth stage:
Meanwhile, until the meat is cooked, fry the beans in another container with a little oil until they are fried.
The seventh stage:
Once the meat and water have boiled, add the beans and reduce the heat of the meat so that the ingredients slowly cook together and the water does not evaporate.
The eighth stage:
In the last 10 minutes of cooking, pour salt and half of the saffron powder into the bean and Lubia polo ingredients.
The ninth stage:
When the meat is fully cooked and the water evaporates, remove it from the heat so that it cools down a bit.
The tenth stage:
In the meantime, drain the rice that you have already washed and soaked.
The eleventh stage:
Pour some oil and brewed saffron into the bottom of the pot in which you want to cook the Lubia polo and fill the bottom of the pot with the sliced potatoes.
The twelfth stage:
Pour some of the rice into the pot with a spatula and then pour a layer of the bean ingredients that have no water on the rice and mix it completely so that there is no white rice in the pot and continue these layers until the end.
The thirteenth stage:
You can also use the remaining cinnamon to cover the rice. In the end, make a few holes in the rice with the bottom of the spoon so that the steam can easily reach the top of the rice. After the rice is cooked, you can spread some melted butter or heated oil on it.
